Destination Weddings are amazing. Having a photographer you know and trust for you destination is critical. Don't fall into the trap of destinations and resorts offering a photographer. On the surface the idea sounds good and convenient, but in reality it's not the same. Here's what I mean...
Most destinations and resorts have a "pool" of photographers on site. They don't know you like I will know you from our journey together. Often times those "photographers are very inexperienced and someone has handed them a camera, put it into "auto" mode and sent them out. Also, you probably only have them for a short period of time. That's not a chance you should take.
HOW DOES PRICING HAPPEN FOR INSPIRED MEDIA DESTINATIONS?
Each situation is different but the easiest way is to choose the package you want and then add travel to it. The couple is responsible for all travel expenses, accommodations, food, and lodging.
If you're interested in just the destination itself we can work together on the cost.

DO YOU HAVE A 2ND SHOOTER?
We can provide a 2nd shooter if needed for an additional fee. That fee varies depending on the situation but generally is $400-$600. Most often a 2nd shooter is not needed.
CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THE TIMELINE OF THE DAY?
Absolutely! In fact that is one of the things that sets Inspired Media apart from other photographers. We even have our software designed by us and for us that helps make the entire process simple and stress free. You'll be able to go into the big day with a professional and efficient plan. No worries!
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT PLAN?
We want to make the process as easy and simple as possible for each our couples. We ask for $100 up front in order to secure your date. That frees up cash for couples to secure other great vendors as well. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the wedding. Couples may pay sooner but it's NEVER required.

Of course! We have done engagement sessions all over West Michigan and will help you choose a location that fits your style and personality. We can help with outfit tips and posing as well. Inspired Media has you covered.
